This is not a new product but this is a modified version of a product that was already out. I am unaware and unable to find out information about competitors of Chupa Chups. I am unaware of Chupa Chups re-branding but with the release of the sugar free sweets it its the chance to base their brand around being more healthy. Chupa Chups has ads on YouTube which receive comments and they have social media pages and this is a great way to receive feedback from their audience 2. I have to consider the language being used since my target audience mostly consists of adolescent and young adult. I have to make sure the statements are not derogatory and offensive and the rap community consists of people degrading women in various ways and that has to be kept at a minimum so that it doesn’t affect the equality and the theme of this show. The images and background music should be copyright free and I have solved that issue by only using the music I created for this entire project. The copyright designs and patents act 1998 allows the user of a piece of work to have rights in control of how their work is used and control who uses it. I have to ensure the age rating of the televised version of this show has the correct age rating so that viewers under the age of the intended target audience aren’t viewing content that is inappropriate for them. I also have to make sure that any personal data provided to us is not leaked and given to external parties in any way. ...
