1. CHUPA CHUPS 




  • The advertisers tried to create be and awareness by emphasising on the fact that it is sugar free.
  • This is not a new product but this is a modified version of a product that was already out. 
  • I am unaware and unable to find out information about competitors of Chupa Chups.
  • I am unaware of Chupa Chups re-branding but with the release of the sugar free sweets it its the chance to base their brand around being more healthy.
  • Chupa Chups has ads on YouTube which receive comments and they have social media pages and this is a great way to receive feedback from their audience

2. Audio-Visual

 The "Taste the Rainbow” campaign, Skittles

“I love the dialog in Skittles’ ads. It’s a little awkward, sometimes even aggressive, but it’s the perfect balance of strangeness and sarcasm. When you watch their ads, you feel many different emotions at once. It really grabs your attention.”

  • Skittles adverts are emphasising on the colours when they say taste the rainbow and skittles are usually associated with their flashy colours.
  • they are using stronger advertising on an already existing product
  • Cadbury's competitors include mars, Hershey and nestle but cadbury puts full focus on chocolate based products and they have a more broad base of consumers. Cadbury nave consumers do their chocolate bars, buttons and many more chocolate based ideas
  • I am unaware of any re-branding skittles has done.
  • Cadbury has a website and social pages for audiences and consumers to interact and give feedback



3. Online Advertising
XBOX

  • The advertisers created awareness by using variety and everybody likes when they can have a product that is customised personally for them and that is what this ad is trying to target
  • They are not launching a new product but they are offering a chance for the audience to customise an already existing product for themselves.
  • Yes the Xbox franchise main competitor is Sony PS4 which is almost a rivalry between two consoles
  • This is not re-branding and is just simply adding a new option
  • Xbox is very interactive with their audience and receive feedback from all social media platforms and have review websites and forums for people to attend to.
