M2 Legal and Ethical issues

  I have to consider the language being used since my target audience mostly consists of adolescent and young adult. I have to make sure the statements are not derogatory and offensive and the rap community consists of people degrading women in various ways and that has to be kept at a minimum so that it doesn’t affect the equality and the theme of this show. The images and background music should be copyright free and I have solved that issue by only using the music I created for this entire project. The copyright designs and patents act 1998 allows the user of a piece of work to have rights in control of how their work is used and control who uses it. I have to ensure the age rating of the televised version of this show has the correct age rating so that viewers under the age of the intended target audience aren’t viewing content that is inappropriate for them. ·                 For the adverts I created the videos on a mobile application referred to as Viva Video and for the post production techniques I used filters and overlays to keep up with the theme of my project. I also used different transitions until I found the one that fit the most.
